I am forwarding this message about upcoming archeology events on behalf of Dr. Jacqueline Meier:

The Anthropology Club is having a movie event on January 21st at 4pm to get excited about Greek archaeology. This will be in Building 51, Room 1210 and they will watch Clash of the Titans, have some snacks, and hang out with the Anthropology and History club members. This is open to all!

Archaeologist David Romano (University of Arizona) will speak to students about career pathways at the Anthropology Careers Talk. This will be at 10:30 am in room 1210 of Building 51 on January 26th.  The Anthropology Club is hosting this speaker along with the History Club. This is open to all!

David Romano will lecture about his archaeological excavations at the Sanctuaries of Zeus and Pan at Lykaon, Greece at the Herbert Center at 7pm on January 26th. This event is also open to all. It is sponsor by the Manchin Ancient Studies lecture series.
