Council for Preservation Education (NCPE)</span><span style="letter-spacing:normal; font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:black; font-weight:400"> intern this summer. These positions are our Inclusive Storytelling History Research
Internships located in Mount Pleasant, SC (onsite at Charles Pinckney NHS). </span>
<span style="letter-spacing:normal; font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:black">One research project each will focus on African American history, women’s history, and LGBTQ+ history within Charleston and the Lowcountry. Each
internship addresses one part of the critical FOSU and CHPI deferred storytelling backlog.</span><span style="letter-spacing:normal; font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:black; font-weight:400"> The position is for 800 hours
(full time for 20 weeks) at $20.50 an hour. Additionally, our position includes paid time off (PTO), a housing allowance, and a travel stipend. We have committed to easing the cost burden for prospective interns as much as possible since this is an onsite
