1.  During his visit to China, CA Governor Jerry Brown will discuss linking CA's carbon market to theirs. 2. 3.  Mongabay is running a bulletin board for scientists from around the world responding to current President Trump's rejection of the Paris Agreement.  Scientists so far include Edward O. 4.  India wants to be the world's first nation of entirely electric vehicles. 5.  Stefan Rahmstorf and Anders Levermann explain in RealClimate why global greenhouse gas emissions must peak by 2020.  We may already be achieving that.
