1.  Our ability to project the rate of sea level rise depends in part on our understanding of the dynamics of ice sheet collapse. 2.  Canada plans to impose a carbon tax in those provinces which do not adopt one on their own. 4.  Tesla's solar roof is now on the market.  It is guaranteed for the life of the home, and the power production is guaranteed for thirty years.  It is the only roof which may make more money than it costs. 5.  It is becoming more and more possible to accord severe weather its likelihood of arising from or being made worse by global warming, which will allow comment while the weather is still in progress.
