<span style="font-size:12.0pt">2. Climate denial has not been the focus of fossil fuelled propaganda for over a decade. The four dominant objectives of the industry’s campaigns: “redirect responsibility (consumers are also to blame for fossil fuel emissions),
 push non-transformative solutions (disruptive change is not necessary), emphasize the downside of action (change will be disruptive), and surrender (it’s not possible to mitigate climate change).” Delay is their greatest goal, and threatens disaster. A major
 theme is wokewashing: the claim or implication that the corporations serve the needs of poor and marginalized communities.

<span style="font-size:12.0pt">3. The AMOC appears to be at or near a tipping point, and other systems are also approaching a sudden and destructive change of state. A focus on net zero emissions by 2050 does not deal with the situation. We should instead embrace
 a program of radical transformation. We know what we have to do and we have the means to do it: cease burning fossil fuels and draw down from the atmosphere much of the carbon we have released so far. The transition to renewable energy does not require any
 further technology, nor would a global program of biochar production and kelp permaculture require any further knowledge.

 Solar has found a way to do those things with copper. They still must find a way to put their process into mass production, and may partner with a manufacturer to develop that.
