2. In an executive order called Restoring Gold Standard Science, Trump has proposed as a new standard for scientific work what is actually an impossible set of expectations. Science is neither so provisional nor so absolute as the policy suggests. Trump plans
a new set of policy police in federal agencies who could impose their own concepts and remove scientists who differ with them. The effect will be to fatally hamper scientific investigation. A team of leading scientists has written a letter of protest and warning.

4. A study published in BMC Psychiatry studied the association between adherence to the Planetary Health diet, depression, and all-cause mortality. For each 10% rise in relative adherence to the diet, depression fell by 11% and all-cause mortality by 17%.
