October 31 3-5pm: The UNF Digital Humanities Institute presents the Fall DHI Showcase, "Haunts," Carpenter Library, Room 2102A. For those of you teaching DHI classes this semester, please consider making this event extra credit! I've attached the flier to distribute to your classes. This event will feature the following presentations:

Dr. Jennifer Lieberman on the January 2024 visit with AI expert Dr. Rebecca Bilbro.
Dr. Clayton McCarl and Dr. Anne Pfister on their summer 2024 Latin American Digital Humanities Conference.
Dr. Tru Leverette and Dr. Maureen McCluskey on their spring 2024 Water Stories production.
Dr. Jennifer Spaulding-Givens on her fall 2023 Photovoice project.
Dr. Chris Baynard on his summer 2024 Portugal study abroad.

November 7 10am-1pm: The UNF Digital Humanities Institute presents their Fall Open House. Students can talk with UNF DHI Faculty and advisors to create their spring schedules! Building 1/1300. I'll be sending out a separate email requesting your DHI courses for spring 2025 courses soon! For more information, contact Dr. Kailan Sindelar.

Best for last: Funding. Thank you for your patience as we have awaited our funding! You should now be getting funds transferred to your departments for FLDH travel, your summer budget and media lab requests, and for our DHI Engaged Dept Grants. Winners to be announced at our meeting on the 29th!
