Eoghan Daltun has rewilded 30 acres of rugged hillside on his Irish farm by fencing off nonnative animals, eradicating rhododendron and other invasive alien plants, and allowing the area to recover through self-seeding for 14 years. 3. Multiple labs are reporting cheaper, more efficient solar cells using a layer of perovskite to capture energy in the blue range and achieve efficiencies above 30%.
