1. A study of feedback loops lists 27 which increase heating and are probably not included in climate models. They should be, and they ask for yet more urgency. https://insideclimatenews.org/news/17022023/climate-feedback-loop-accelerators/?utm_source=InsideClimate+News&utm_campaign=95b84fcfc9-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_02_18_05_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_29c928ffb5-95b84fcfc9-328177439

2. The PBS Terra series of brief videos in which scientists explain their findings. Several address current developments in climate science. Is THIS the Climate Tipping Point of No Return? describes in 12 minutes the progress of permafrost thaw. At 3-4 degrees of heating, deep permafrost in the Yedoma regions could set up a self-perpetuating positive feedback, releasing 50 ppm of carbon to the atmosphere over 50 years. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpqZTqIKMxs

3. The list of PBS Terra YouTube shorts features further climate-related topics. https://www.youtube.com/c/pbsterra
The Terra shows directly on climate are in the Weathered PBS series. https://www.pbs.org/show/weathered/

4. Greta Thunberg’s The Climate Book: The Facts and the Solutions assembles brief descriptions of climate issues written by people well able to inform us. https://www.amazon.com/Climate-Book-Facts-Solutions-ebook/dp/B0B1BT4N13/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3PGLN2FVJLFU8&keywords=the+climate+book+greta+thunberg&qid=1676933822&s=books&sprefix=thunberg%2Cstripbooks%2C341&sr=1-1

5. One result of the expected growth in the strength of El Nino events will be to increase the warm currents destabilizing Antarctic ice sheets. https://phys.org/news/2023-02-stronger-el-nio-irreversible-antarctica.html

6. Rationing carbon-producing goods in a price-controlled system could work as well for us as it did in World War II—that is, very well and equitably. https://phys.org/news/2023-02-rationing-fairer-climate.html
